How sign-in works
Use an account session to unlock protected HiveSync workspaces without manually adding request headers. Credentials are not stored by the WebApp; the browser receives a protected HttpOnly session cookie.

Use provider-managed sign-in.
Production sign-in should use the configured identity provider with passwordless or MFA support. HiveSync does not store passwords, password reset tokens, or biometric data in the WebApp. Account recovery, forgotten passwords, passkeys, and step-up verification belong to the identity provider.
