HiveSync by Bizmonger Inc Delivery Notification SMS

HiveSync is operated by Bizmonger Inc. HiveSync sends transactional delivery notification SMS messages to opted-in customers, clients, contractors, and authorized project contacts. Messages notify recipients when project requirements, contractor-accepted requirements, WRAP completion evidence, completion reports, client mandate links, or related project deliverables have been delivered or when delivery status changes. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

How consent works

End users opt in through the HiveSync web app during client mandate, project requirement, contractor response, or report review workflows. They enter their mobile phone number and check an unchecked SMS consent box before receiving delivery notification text updates from HiveSync by Bizmonger Inc.

The consent text explains that messages relate to delivered project requirements, contractor-accepted requirements, WRAP completion evidence, completion reports, client mandate links, and delivery status changes; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of purchase; and users can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
